How to connect your telematic system
Register your free account on the DRIP Platform. Once done, the first step is to select the subpage “Connectivity” located on the homepage.
Once done, you should be on the “Telematics System” subpage.
If this is not the case, please click on the corresponding symbol (1) in the sidebar. There, select the ‘Add Telematics’ button (2) and then use the search bar (3) to find and choose the preferred telematic system.
Once you’ve made your selection (we selected “CVS Mobile”), a small window will pop up where you have to type in (1) your API key.
Please note that the procedure may vary, depending on the telematic system. It could also be necessary to enter other authentication credentials, like token, user data. Call us or email us for assistance if you are struggling here.
To generate the API key for the required telematic system, select the “How to connect my telematic system” (2) link.
The description will then open. (The procedure may differ depending on the telematics system.)
If your system is not displayed in the search results list, please click on the “Request new System” button.
Enter the required information in the input fields.
By clicking on “create” the telematic system is requested. Our support team will process your request as soon as possible and keep you informed of the progress.
