DRIP Austria recently launched their acclaimed Telematics Software for the Logistics and Transport Industry in South Africa, for Africa. The event, that was hosted over 2 days, was well attended by Logistics and Transport companies from both South Africa and neighbouring countries.
The launch was hosted by Fezamax Training Academy in partnership with DRIP’s Africa Sales Office, The Business City. Fezamax is a fully accredited artisan training and trade centre testing academy, and they started the day off by showing off their impressive facilities to all the guests. We also had a special exhibitor, Nulitics, show casing their augmented reality glasses that tie in perfectly with the DRIP system.
The star of the show of course, was DRIP! The Austrian based company was established in 2014 for the primary purpose of streamlining the logistics industry. The DRIP advantage is the ability to bring multiple telemetry systems, companies, and trucks onto one unified dashboard, using AI to predict logistics information such as arrivals, traffic, and delays. DRIP supplies hardware where necessary and create levels of access that give all users exactly what they need when they need it. In addition, the Predictive Analytics gives users prompts for their decision, so no one gets stuck or bogged down with mundane tasks.
DRIP also has a mobile communication and system management application, D4D. This mobile application enables the driver and dispatcher to be in direct communication. It has a chat feature as well as a language translation tool, making cross border communication effortless. You can upload documentation to the app and store all chats for future reference. Overall, DRIP reduces costs, improves efficiency, and increases your turnover. The launch was a great success, and we are looking forward to seeing DRIP thrive in Southern Africa!
